ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
All homeowners are reminded to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Committee, prior to making exterior modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, fences, sidewalks, patio extensions, driveway additions, exterior painting, storage sheds, decks, tree removal, etc.
The Architectural Review Request Form is located on the CAMS portal, www.camsmgt/owner, and on The View website under the Residential Information tab/Forms.

Friendly Reminders
1. Trash Cans & Recycle Bins:

Should be kept out of sight from the street.

Should not be kept in driveways/on side of the house without a screen
-
Should not be left on street for more than 24 hours after collection
2. Parking:
-
ALL vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway, if its open.

During social gatherings, vehicles should be parked in the driveway first, then on one side of the street

Long periods of parking on the street during the day or night is prohibited, with the exception of social gatherings.

Do not park on sidewalks, grass, or behind a neighbor’s driveway.
3. Pets - By law, are not permitted to roam at large. They must be on a leash at all times.

4. Speeding - The Speed Limit is 25mph!!! Reduce your speed when driving through the community.
5. Lawn Care - Mow and edge grass, prune/trim shrubs and trees, remove overgrown weeds. Do not leave clippings in the street.
6. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) - are prohibited from being driven in a residential area.
7. Loud Music - car stereo volume should be turned down while driving in the community.
8. Basketball Goals - should not be permanently positioned on sidewalks, in driveways, or on the street. When not in use they should be stored out of sight from the street.
9. Air Bed & Breakfasts (AirBnBs) - are prohibited in Richland County and also violate the CC&Rs.
